  • How long have you been in business?

We've been in business for five years and are proud to have earned over 100 five-star reviews across all platforms. If you're looking for a pool liner replacement or other pool services, get in touch with us today.

  • Can I get an in-person estimate?

We don't offer traditional in-person estimates. Instead, we've created a detailed price list that includes the pool kit, installation, taxes, and more, so you get transparent pricing up front. This helps us keep costs low for everyone. For more information or to schedule pool liner repair and replacement services, call Unique Creations LLC today.

  • Why don't you send someone out to give estimates?

Since we cover such a large area in Florida, sending someone out just for estimates wouldn't be cost-effective for you or us. Our detailed price list is available to ensure you are informed of what is included in your service. Contact our team to schedule a service for pool liners and more.

  • Do you offer site inspections?

Yes, we do. If you need help figuring out what can or can't fit, we're happy to offer a site inspection. There is a charge based on your location, but that fee gets credited back if you move forward with us. Don't forget that phone consultations are always free. Call Unique Creations LLC, one of the top above ground pool companies in the area, today!

  • What happens once I'm ready to move forward?

Once you are ready to move forward with your desired service, we'll meet with you in person to go over everything and sign the contract using DocuSign. During our visit, we'll mark out the pool location, review the installation process, and answer any final questions. Half of the payment is due at signing, and the rest is collected once the pool is fully built. If you want a custom built pool or new pool liners, get in touch with us today.

  • What's not included in the base price?

We believe in being transparent about what's not included in the base price of your swimming pool project unless specifically added. Backfill and dirt removal services are not included but can be added for an additional cost. We do not offer stump or tree removal, electrical work, or permitting services; however, we're happy to guide you to help navigate the permitting process on your own. Additionally, features such as pavers, concrete work, screening, and decking are not included or offered as part of our standard package. As one of the top above ground pool companies in the area, we are here to help. Call today!

  • Can I add extra services?

Absolutely! As one of the top above ground pool companies in the area, we offer a variety of extra services you can add to your pool project. Backfill involves pushing the dirt back against the pool after it has filled and settled—usually within about three days—and costs between $500 and $750, depending on your location and pool size. If there's leftover dirt not used in backfilling, we also offer dirt removal starting at around $2,000 or more, depending on local dump fees. When dirt removal is requested, backfill is included in that service. For those looking to upgrade from the standard above-ground pump included in our kits, we offer an inground, self-priming pump for an additional $650. If your pool requires more than the five feet of piping included in your contract, extra piping is available at $2.50 per foot, or $7.50 per foot if your pool includes drains. We also provide light landscaping services such as grading, mulch beds, gravel beds, and decorative borders, all of which are priced individually based on your specific needs.

  • What's the difference between a resin pool and a hybrid pool?

The main difference between a resin pool and a hybrid pool comes down to materials and maintenance. Resin pools are made with components that stay cooler to the touch under sunlight, are highly resistant to rust, and require minimal upkeep. Hybrid pools, on the other hand, incorporate more metal elements for added strength and durability. While they offer enhanced structural support, they can warm up slightly in the sun and may require a bit more maintenance over time.
