The process begins with a pricing review and paid site inspection. If you move forward, we credit the inspection fee back to you. This visit allows us to assess the proposed pool location and relevant property details before finalizing the agreement.
Once you’re ready to proceed, the sequence includes:
- Meeting in person to review the project and mark the pool location.
- Answering final questions and signing the contract through DocuSign.
- Paying half of the project total at contract signing.
- Completing excavation, base leveling, and sand application for the pool base.
- Paying the remaining balance after the pool is fully built.
Construction requirements depend on the selected pool and property. We don’t promise a schedule or final cost until we have completed a site-specific review.
Pool Permits & Safety Requirements in Ocala & Marion County
Swimming pools that are 24 inches or more in depth require a permit, which must be obtained and posted before work begins. Addressing permit requirements early can prevent conflicts with the proposed pool location and required safety setup.
We provide the pool specifications and details you need to complete the permit paperwork, but we don’t perform permitting services. Permit approval and inspection outcomes remain subject to the applicable authority and your project details.
A new residential pool can’t pass final inspection until at least one approved safety feature is installed. Depending on the approved plan, that feature may be a compliant barrier, safety cover, or qualifying alarm.
The standard pool package doesn’t include:
